The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Client Relations / Customer Service Officer to join their company in Kilsyth, VIC, with the potential to earn a negotiable salary package based on your experience. 

The primary purpose of this position is to represent the business through liaising with new and existing clients.

Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, some of your responsibilities include:

  • Completing general administration duties 
  • Meeting clients & representing the brand
  • Discussing the business with new clients 
  • Contacting current clients to discuss their needs 

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2 years experience working within Customer Service or a Similar role, and a current Drivers Licence.

Additionally, previous experience in an administration or liaising with clients through multiple avenues would be beneficial for this position.
