The Company

Our client is an New Zealand owned & operated company, evolving over the years to be a leading supplier in the generator industry. The company was created by an experienced founder who was involved in a number of power engineering projects in the USA, with his experience and professional team they are able to provide the technical knowledge to provide solutions for all your needs. 

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Contract Works Administrator to join their company in Henderson, Auckland, with the potential to earn up to $90,000 pa (Negotiable salary based on experience $70k - $90k pa)

Reporting directly to Managing Director some of your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all documents are correct and that they arrive on time.
  • Commucating to site locations and running site meetings. 
  • Ensuring staff has everything they need, including hotels booked, materials and equipment for the work site. 

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have Contracts Administration or Procurement Management experience and a current Drivers Licence Additionally, People Management skills or experience and a Site Safety Card would be beneficial for this position.
