Our client is a growing and reputable Engineering company specialising in Dynamic Weighing Equipment. They design, assemble, install, commission and service weighing equipment found in mining, quarries, chemical plants, recycling, and food industries.
Our client is seeking a Service Technician to join their friendly but high paced company in Nunawading, VIC.
The role is full time and requires some Interstate Travel. The role would best suit an applicant who is an Instrument Fitter or experienced Scale Technician with Mechanical Fitting and Turning experience.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar position with Static Scale calibration, assembly and repair of equipment in a materials handling environment. Any experience as an Electronic Technician with mechanical fitting experience would be ideal, although not essential.
You must also have a relevant Fitter trade or Electronics Certificate/Diploma and a valid drivers licence to be considered.
This position would suit someone who is a mature individual with the ability to work well in a team with confident communication skills.
