About The Role

Our client is now looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join their company based in Sydney CBD, NSW, with the potential to earn a base salary + super + great career growth! 

The primary purpose of this position is to answer inbound calls from new and existing customers in a friendly, courteous and efficient manners and schedule appointments with the right technician for the job.

Reporting directly to the Team Leader some of your responsibilities include:

  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls from all key stakeholders.
  • Following up on outstanding issues through the use of CRM and ticketing systems. 
  • Providing friendly, courteous and efficient customer service to both customers and field technicians

About You

To be successful in this role you will have previous Customer Service experience. Additionally, any phone-based customer service experience would be beneficial for this position but not essential.

This position would suit someone who has a natural and friendly approach towards customers, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and someone who is a good listener and an open, honest and direct communicator.
