About The Role


Our client is now looking for an Administration Assistant to join their company based in Mitcham, VIC, with the potential to earn a salary package of $51,000 per annum (Including super). 

The primary purpose of this position is to work with and support the Financial Advisers and other staff to provide a high level of service to clients. 

Your duties will include: 

  • Booking review meetings for clients with advisers.
  • Managing the data feeds for the clients’ portfolios within XPlan.
  • Communicating with clients and provide ongoing client support.
  • Preparing annual meeting review letters and reports for advisers.
  • Diary management, insurance reviews, and all aspects of office administration. 

About You

To be successful in this role you will have extensive Administration experience. Additionally, previous experience working within the Financial Industry and with XPlan would be beneficial for this position.


This position would suit someone who has great attention to detail and organisational skills, as well as someone who can work independently.
